Isla is now 2 1/2 weeks old and she celebrated her first Valentine's Day yesterday.(thanks again to Sarah for her adorable Valentine's onesie!) We had a great day and went walking downtown yesterday, but it was just a little too cold. She cannot wait until summer comes!! (me too!!) We are also still waiting until all this snow is gone, so we can take walks around the neighborhood everyday. Then we had a nice Valentine's day dinner over Oma and Opa's house.
Isla is doing very well this week; I havent weighed her this week, but I can tell she is getting bigger by the day and am pretty sure she is very close to her birth weight by now. I have found that she loves to take "tours" around the house when she is cranky or fussy. She basically just likes to move around alot and she is defintely much happier when she is held by mommy or daddy. She still is a little fussy when bedtime comes, but the past three nights, she has slept for four straight hours in one stretch! Woo hoo!
